Disappointed with the size of the Rainier Mountain at the bottom of the glass .. thought it would be bigger!
Quality of the glasses are great but I purchased for the ability to chill drink without ice. After leaving glasses in freezer for two weeks the glasses barely chilled my drink and my drink was warm prior to finishing it.
In July 1970, 5 of us 17 year olds from Tacoma, WA were going into our Senior year of high school.
We looked at Mount Rainier everyday.
5 of us reached the summit after 2 days of climbing.
56 years later, my son bought a set of two Mount Rainier whiskey sipping glasses. I loved them so much, I bought a set for everyone in our climbing team.

The glass is nice and the mountain reminds me of Clingman's Dome. Etching on the glass that describes the scene font is too small and too low. It is almost impossible to read.
Prefer the design of the Grand Canyon.

These are solid, thick tumblers. The sculpted mountain range at the bottom is a real �on the rocks� drink. They are good looking, comfortable in the hand, and heavy.
